Refund policy

At TidyPan, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping for kitchen organization products through our store. For this reason, we offer free returns and refunds within 30 days, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. 30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with all included parts, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible.

Please do not send a product back before contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions.

2. Free Returns

Eligible returns made within our 30-day return period are free of charge. TidyPan will provide the appropriate return instructions after your request has been reviewed.

Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the issue.

Once we review the information, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

4. Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

TidyPan cannot control additional processing time imposed by financial institutions after a refund has been issued.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may instead request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we will provide instructions for the most appropriate solution.

7. Return Abuse

We reserve the right to reject returns involving suspected fraud, intentional damage, abuse of our return program, or products that are materially different from those originally supplied by TidyPan, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
